1. Right to Withdraw from Contract

If you are a consumer (not a business) and purchase goods online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send notice of withdrawal before its expiration – e.g., by email.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

This right does not apply to:

• goods made to order or according to individual customer requirements,
• goods that have been worn, damaged or are not in their original condition.

3. Return Procedure

1. Email me at martin.vlk.mrnous@gmail.com with your order number.
2. After agreement, send the goods back to the address:
   Martin Vlk Mrňous, Prostřední Lhota 84, 262 03 Chotilsko, Czech Republic
3. Goods must be securely packaged, preferably in original packaging.
4. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

After receiving and inspecting the goods, money will be refunded within 14 days in the same way the payment was made.

4. Complaints for Defective Goods

If the goods show a defect, please contact me as soon as possible by email with a description of the problem and a photograph. I cover the shipping costs for accepted complaints.
